BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Non-Tech 3 Job for an opportunity at 100% Remote! Position Title: Program Manager Non-Tech 3 Location: 100% Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Job Description: Summary: The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project. The TSI Global Demand Center is a highly scalable modern marketing engine designed to acquire, engage, and nurture nonprofits at scale to drive direct customer acquisition, qualified lead generation and routing, and cross-sell/upsell to maximize LTV. The TSI Marketing team is looking for an experienced GDC marketing operations manager to support operations on marketing automation, lead routing and management, workflow and planning, and agency engagement. Key responsibility areas include: * Lead management including lead matching to managed account and eligibility lists; auditing and monitoring of lead details and lead flow to Digital Sales (vendor-based SMB sales team), managed account sales teams, partner, and web direct; and reporting on routing, lead flow and business outcomes for monthly business reviews. * Campaign setup and management - Operationalize marketing programs for efficiency and global scale, including localization, accessibility, campaign analytics instrumentation, list pulls/account matching/data hygiene, intake processes and email deployments with agency partners. * Capacity planning, process oversight and workflow management to optimize agency relationships and maximize TSI business outcomes. * Database and lead detail hygiene to support segmentation efforts and campaign performance reporting for monthly business reviews. * Ensuring agency engagement processes, marketing program business rules, and system operations are well documented, so teams do not need to rely on tribal knowledge. * Identifying problems and issues quickly, and running a process to communicate to stakeholders, assess impact, coordinate fixes across teams, and resolve issues. Job Responsibilities: * Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. * Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. * Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. * Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. * Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
