BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Non-Tech 2 Job for an opportunity at Redmond WA 2 days per week Onsite.! Position Title: Program Manager Non-Tech 2 Location: Redmond WA 2 days per week Onsite. Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: Contract of 03 Months Job Type: Contract and Onsite/Hybrid Pay Range: $63 - $65/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top Skills: * Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. * Minimum 2-4 years' experience with Microsoft Office. * Minimum 2-4 years' experience with Microsoft Teams. Job Description: The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities between client security engineers and customers and partners that engage directly in providing product feedback. Job Responsibilities: * Work in cooperation with wider team to coordinate and run calls and events between security engineering teams and customers and partners. * Run processes with high quality such as developing post event/call reports and posting documentation/videos to appropriate repositories. * Work with wider team to innovate our processes and procedures to constantly improve our capacity and quality of deliverables. * Insure key internal and external customers have a great experience.
