Job Description: Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Apply customer and competitor insights to create business plans, explore new business opportunities, facilitate introduction of product features, and devise initiatives to grow users and engagement. Develop the end-to-end user experience, product roadmap, and monitor the complete product lifecycle, which may include product definition and planning through development, release, modifications, upgrades, maintenance, and product retirement. Prioritize internal customer and product success criteria. Engineer a compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the internal usage. Telecommuting permitted less than 50%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location. Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Materials Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Two years of software-related, centralized and coordinated program/product management experience.
- Alternative Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Materials Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Specific Skill Requirements: This position requires education or experience in: Data Structures; SQL and/or T-SQL; Data Warehouse; Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables; Office 365 Suite; Presentations; and Data analysis.
- Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code TSKCZ18156), in Redmond, WA, is $122,000 to $152,000.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
