This role focuses on engaging, building, and proactively managing a positive social media community across organic and paid experiences. You will partner with Product Marketing, Brand Integrated Marketing, and other functions within the Consumer Marketing Organization. You will manage the cadence of digital communications across multiple social media channels using data and insights to inform your efforts. You'll quickly adapt large-scale plans and messages to meet the needs of a fast-changing business and thrive in ambiguity.
Responsibilities
Uphold social voice consistently across all social media channels and maintain partnerships with regional social media community leads to ensure our message is aligned globally.
Create and drive campaign strategies to increase social engagement and sentiment with a global audience of business decision makers and creators.
Stay up to date on latest social trends and tools and implement them for social campaigns delivery.
Analyze, track, and measure performance against KPIs and report on monthly social campaigns.
Optimize and refine the social media management process.
Collaborate with product marketing, brand teams, and integrated marketing to represent the voice of the company.
Manage several agency partners to develop bespoke creative aligned to our brands.
Draft briefs for paid media campaigns and provide ongoing feedback to drive innovation.
Demonstrate creative aptitude in both copy and creative, managing a social voice across multiple brand expressions.
Expand the creative and strategic comfort zones of internal stakeholders and inspire agencies to do their best creative work.
Essential Skills
Minimum 5 years experience with Digital marketing (Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook).
Minimum 2 years experience with Copywriting.
Minimum 2 years experience with PowerPoint.
5-7 years overall experience in the field.
Bachelor's degree.
Strong project management skills.
Excellence in producing engaging and creative social media content.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to present information effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Advertising agency experience.
Experience with B2C social media marketing.
Proven experience working with digital and social channels.
Enterprise-minded working style.
Love of paid media and knack for storytelling.
Work Environment
1 day a week onsite in a large corporate office setting and 4 days remote. Standard equipment such as laptop, headset, and mouse provided by the supplier. The laptop should ideally have Windows 11 and be a Surface device. The role involves a Monday to Friday schedule with 40 hours per week and no overtime.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $48.00
