Job Description: Overview: The Xbox Accessories business offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to multiple facets of a growing and dynamic industry. This role is pivotal in supporting licensed partners and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Xbox Accessories. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead and support marketing initiatives for product launches, ongoing campaigns, sales promotions, and sample management. You will collaborate with various teams across Xbox and client to deliver impactful marketing strategies and executions, ensuring a seamless alignment between internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities: * Marketing Calendar Development: Build, manage, and execute the marketing calendar in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. * Demand Generation: Drive interest and sales through strategic marketing during key Xbox public relations and product beats. * Partner Collaboration: Work with licensed partners to develop communication pipelines, coordinate marketing activities, and procure key assets (e.g., messaging, renders, and marketing materials). Channel Marketing Execution: * Develop and execute campaigns across Xbox-owned channels, including Xbox.com, social media, CRM, and more. * Submit, track, and manage reviews of marketing assets and formal requests. * Dash Ads Management: Ensure up-to-date and impactful advertisements across Xbox platforms. * Merchandising Collaboration: Partner with the merchandising team to align marketing strategies and campaigns. Samples and Logistics Management: * Manage 1P and 3P accessory samples, including placement, tracking, distribution, and logistics support. * Facilitate sample orders to support business and partner needs. Event Management Partnership: Collaborate with events teams to ensure representation and support for Xbox Accessories.
