A growing construction firm is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in Redmond, Washington. As a Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and business development initiatives aimed at boosting lead generation and sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan in the construction services industry. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role for the company, from planning digital marketing campaigns to producing print materials. The successful candidate will require a broad marketing skill set, a creative and result-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate on business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company goals

  • Oversee all aspects of digital and print marketing, ensuring brand and message consistency

Content Management:

  • Handle creation of print content like brochures, flyers, and sales literature

  • Oversee creation and maintenance of digital content, including website updates and email campaigns

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Develop a social media strategy while creating engaging posts and videos

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms and search engines

  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Video Content Creation:

  • Plan and create video content to educate customers

  • Document customer success stories and testimonials

Sales Support & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials

  • Assist in creating proposal templates and case studies

Brand Development & Awareness:

  • Maintain brand integrity and visibility across all marketing channels

  • Identify new opportunities to expand brand presence

Business Development Support:

  • Support leadership with business development initiatives

  • Contribute ideas for market expansion and strategic partnerships

  • Conduct presentations to property management companies to educate them about company services and generate leads

    Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position

  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms

  • Skilled in content creation, graphic design, and video production

  • Experience in managing websites and SEO/SEM campaigns

  • Ability to create compelling marketing materials

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

  • Self-starter and problem-solver with a collaborative mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field a plus, but not required

  • Knowledge or experience in the construction industry is a plus

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud for creating visually appealing marketing materials

  • Experience in Google AdWords for creating, testing, and optimizing marketing campaigns

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and user behavior

  • Understanding of budget processes, able to manage marketing expenses effectively

  • Experience in email marketing, able to create engaging content that encourages customer interaction

  • Familiarity with corporate social media management, able to create content that aligns with brand values
