Intern/Co-op opportunities can lead to full time careers Real World Responsibilities: During your time with us you will: Work with electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems within AWP equipment Learn and utilize LEAN manufacturing skills and methodologies Develop and implement process improvements to make a safer and more efficient assembly line As part of our team we will: Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career Provide you with mentorship and feedback to drive you towards faster and better solutions Must haves: Currently pursuing an ABET accredited bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering or similar field or graduated within last two years Able to work full-time 40 hours per week in person for 6 months in Redmond, WA Nice to haves: Are adaptable, innovative, and proactive Experience driving hands on solutions and prototypes The compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns.
