We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our aerospace manufacturing facility as an ISC Production Supervisor. As a supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, managing the production team, and ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of high-quality aerospace components. Third Shift 10:00pm to 6:30am PM Monday-Friday - with an occasional weekend coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations floor staff to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.

• Develop and execute strategies for optimizing value stream flow and operational efficiency.

• Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions for timely delivery.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and resolve operational issues.

• Promote lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement.

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, coaching, and training.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring safety and quality compliance.

• Analyze production data, propose data-driven solutions for productivity enhancement and cost reduction.

• Manage inventory, material flow, and supply chain optimization.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe working environment.

• Foster teamwork, open communication, and employee development.

• Coordinate with engineering for new product introduction and process improvements.

• Liaise with vendors for timely material delivery.

• Prepare and present operational reports and KPIs to senior management.

• Lead cross-functional projects for operational excellence and strategic goals.

• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for innovation.

• Manage budget and resource allocation for efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with quality management systems like ISO and AS9100.

• Foster employee engagement, development, and recognition.

• Uphold company values and ethical standards as a role model.

•Responsible for shipping and receiving product/materials

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

The annual base salary range for this position is <88,600.00-$110,600.00>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations

MUST HAVES:

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

• 1+ years’ experience in leading projects or teams

• Proficiency in using manufacturing methods, productivity tools, and SAP.

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

WE VALUE:

• 3+ years’ experience in production/people supervisor role

• Bachelor's degree

• Proven ability to manage 25+ production employees
