Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HRIS Implementation Specialist based in Redmond, Washington. In this role you will help with the integration and implementation of UKG Pro, set up processes for the new system, and handle the HR change process management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of UKG Pro for HR and payroll functions

• Work closely with D365 for system integration

• Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements where necessary

• Ensure all HR processes are accurately documented

• Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle, adhering to HR best practices

• Manage HR change processes effectively

• Liaise with multiple unions, ensuring effective communication and cooperation

• Utilize HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for efficient HR administration

• Implement HRIS to enhance HR functionality and efficiency

• Apply knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration for optimal results.

Requirements • Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems is essential

• Must have experience in HRIS Implementation

• Familiarity with UKG Pro is required

• Demonstrated ability in Human Resources (HR) Administration is necessary TalentMatch®
