Responsibilities
Complex meeting management: schedule complex meetings including multiple partners across several time zones
Travel management and coordination including visa/passport processing, coordination with security, and IT, hotel and lodging, flight arrangements, etc.
Business and operational management including room logistics, audio visual (AV), conference call information, logistical details, etc.
Stakeholder engagement and meeting engagement
Manage the execution / arrangements of annual rhythm of business working closely with the business manager on the organizational model
Events coordination virtually, locally, and offsite
Office management including supply ordering and tracking, shipping, and asset management
Assist in administration of team culture efforts and events
Team point of contact for administrative and logistical, technology, or other related questions / issues
Manage expense report submissions and detail tracking for your executive, and acting as the approver for the executive’s direct reports

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
4+ years experience building and maintaining effective working relationships and accommodate diverse working styles
4+ years experience in calendar management, travel logistics management and expense management.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $28.46 - $48.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $39.76 - $55.67 per hour.
