ManpowerGroup Communications Specialist/Program Manager in Redmond, Washington
Our Fortune 500 client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Communications Specialist/Program Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the corporate communications team supporting Cloud Solution Architects to improve their executive presence, communication, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, coaching knowledge of principles and methods for building communication capabilities, and the ability to work independently and manage their time effectively, aligning successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Communications Specialist/Program Manager
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr
What's the Job?
Develop and implement training programs to enhance business acumen and strategic thinking among managers and architects
Organize and coordinate leadership communication development activities, including mentor programs
Provide support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other communication materials at senior leadership levels
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience with the ability to organize and coordinate leadership communication workshops, seminars, and mentoring programs
5+ years of experience with PowerPoint
5+ years of experience with Outlook
Accredited communications coach
