The Case Manager (CM) Supervisor is responsible for supervisory responsibilities associated with case management services, including administrative duties, staff onboarding, and ongoing professional development. The CM Supervisor will ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed, assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive wraparound individualized service plans (ISP), demonstrate a high level of leadership skills through sound judgment, execution of critical thinking skills, and excellent customer service, and help to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming community for residents, staff, and neighbors. This position is under the direct supervision of the assistant director and receives daily access to supervisory support, with direct consultation available on complex matters. Duties & Responsibilities Under direct supervision and coordination with the director, duties will include responsibility for case management oversight and staff supervision. Demonstrates working knowledge of case management resources, ensuring equitable caseload distribution. Assists with monitoring, evaluating, and facilitating changes in operational and administrative programs to ensure compliance with policy, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Assist as needed with daily program operations, such as wellness checks, food security activities, incident reporting, and other activities associated with case management duties. Assists in hiring and ensuring adequate coverage of permanent, temporary, and on-call case management staff. Provide direct supervision and training for direct reports, ensuring Receive and provide case management training to direct reports Assist the director with preparing and submitting reports, as assigned. Attends and participates in all staff Conduct regular team meetings as Ability to conduct and oversee direct resident services. Provide policy and procedure guidance to direct reports. Ability to adhere to code of ethics and boundary setting. Provide supportive care to residents experiencing personal crises. Education & Experience HS Diploma or GED Minimum of 1-year experience in public contact/customer service 1 year of relatable supervisory experience Demonstrates skilled training in basic Trauma-Informed Care, Mental Health First Aide, and conflict Six months or more of successful experience working in a shelter, transitional or permanent supportive housing setting.
