BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst 3 Job for an opportunity at Redmond, WA Hybrid! Position Title: Business Analyst 3 Location: Redmond, WA Hybrid/In office from Tuesday to Thursday in a week Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: Contract of 05 Months and possibility of extension Job Type: Contract and Hybrid/Onsite Pay Range: $45 - $48/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top Skills: * Years of Experience Required: 5 to 7overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. * Minimum 7 years' experience with Excel. * Minimum 5 years' experience with Power BI, Azure, and SQL. * Minimum 5 years' experience with background project management experience (handling communications across different stakeholders). Job Description: Summary: The main function of the business operations specialist is to participate in different cycles and requirements for Internal Projects, maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to the OMA director. Job Responsibilities: * Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization. * Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics. * * Set up project and work breakdown structures. * Establish and document business processes. * Properly highlight risks when needed and documenting it, working with stakeholders to properly assess them. * Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions. Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. * Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed. * Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; PBI and ADO experience is a plus. - Appetite for learning Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or relevant field required. * 5-7 years' experience required. - Experience in PBI, Power App, ADO, Excel Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
