Administrative Assistant BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Administrative Assistant for an opportunity in Redmond, WA Position Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Redmond, WA Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 2 Months Contract Job Type: FULL TIME Contract Pay Range: [30.00/hr.] - [32.00/hr.] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office. Responsibilities: * Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned. Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Ability to keep information organized and confidential. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Education/Experience: * High school diploma or GED required. * 2-4 years experience required. Top 3 Skills Required + Years of Experience: * Minimum 2 years experience with team onboarding. * Minimum 2 years experience with calendar support. * Minimum 2 years experience with large team support.
