Administrative Assistant BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant remote opportunity. Position Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 12 Month (Potential chances for extension) Job Type: Full time Contract Pay Range: $28to $30 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Job Description: Title: Admin Assistant Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Job Description: Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned. Candidate Requirements: * Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: No Degree is required for this role. It's more experience and maturity level. * Disqualifiers: N/A; Candidates don't want people job hopping * Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain: * Stays Cool under pressure and is Proactive in their approach to work and can work based off of reactive work. * Handle Pressure and manage multiple different things at once * Strong skills with M365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Office) * Team is global and being able to navigate time zones. * Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on how proactive/reactive this candidate is in the role and how much this candidate can communicate with the team (for better or worse).
