BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant 2 Job for an opportunity at Remote - needs to work central or east time zone! Position Title: Administrative Assistant 2 Location: Remote - needs to work central or east time zone Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: Contract of 01+ Month Job Type: Contract and Remote Pay Range: $22 - $25/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top Skills: * Years of Experience Required: 5+ overall years of experience in the field. (Sponsor cannot go any higher than a level 1 due to budget so they are aware that usually this level is 0-2 years but is hoping for a candidate of 5+) * Degrees or certifications required: bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role. * Disqualifiers: Candidates with no client experience will not be eligible for the role. * Minimum 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Minimum 2+ years' experience with supporting an executive in a face-paced, sales and marketing environment. * Minimum 2+ years' experience with adaptability to changing technology within client processes. Purpose of the Team: The purpose of the team is to work in a field sales organization in client enterprise customer segment, covering the healthcare industry in the U.S. national market. The team is responsible for delivering client solutions to healthcare customers and helping them improve their outcomes with technology. Job Description: General responsibilities include: * Calendaring - will be managing several calendars at one time. * ROB management * Meeting/Event Support * Expense Reports * Approvals * Filing expense reports on behalf of management * Travel Logistics * Domestic US travel * End to end coordination. * Headcount and Onboarding Management * Supports hiring managers in onboarding new hires to their team. * Equipment management and ordering * Intern equipment support. * Equipment and Asset Management * New Hire equipment * Loaner Equipment management * Equipment retrieval due to team attrition * Morale * Coordinating and communicating morale events and/or ordering SWAG Required/Minimum Qualifications: * 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, calendar management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management. * 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * 2+ years of experience supporting an executive in a face-paced, corporate environment.
