Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Redmond, Oregon

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team located in Redmond, Oregon. The primary function of this role is to oversee various HR operations within our organization, including but not limited to recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the recruitment process, ensuring effective hiring practices are in place.

• Handle employee relations, providing necessary guidance and support in dealing with workplace issues.

• Administer employee benefits, voluntary benefits, and 401K plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

• Act as the primary contact for workers' compensation and leave of absence (LOA) matters.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, from induction to orientation.

• Maintain a strong understanding of HR compliance issues and conduct investigations when necessary.

• Cover for the Senior HR Director in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of HR services.

• Manage relationships with various vendors related to HR functions.

• Utilize Paylocity or similar HR management software for efficient processing and management of HR tasks.

• Strive for continuous improvement in HR practices, processes, and policies. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.

• Proven experience with Benefit Functions and Benefits Administration.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Understanding of compliance regulations and standards within HR.

• Experience in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues.

• Knowledge of Hiring Processes, including Corporate Recruiting and Onboarding.

• Familiarity with HR software, preferably Paylocity.

• Experience handling Workers Compensation and 401k - RRSP Administration.

• Ability to manage Leave of Absence requests and processes.

• Experience with Corporate Recruiting strategies and procedures.

• Expertise in Onboarding new employees and integrating them into the company culture.
