Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or any other related field of study required

3+ years financial/ data analysis

Ability to create financial models

Intermediate experience with Excel functions

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.

Support the preparation of presentations for upper management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
