Description We are looking for a Corporate Report Coordinator to join our team in Redlands, California. The main function of this role is to manage and coordinate provider onboarding processes, maintain compliance with LA Care, and support the Director of Program Management. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with providers to collect necessary documentation for credentialing processes
• Oversee the distribution and completion of the LA Care Provider Orientation Handbook and Training along with the Attestation form
• Ensure all required documentation and forms are received back from providers in a timely manner
• Upload and organize all necessary documents into the database
• Submit all documentation to the relevant authorities for credentialing
• Once credentialing is completed, guide the provider to the next step depending on the CDO provider addition
• Maintain a working knowledge of various healthcare programs such as TRICARE and HealthCare.gov
• Use Microsoft Excel to track and organize provider information
• Use SFTP sites for uploading and managing documents
• Provide customer service and make outbound calls when necessary
• Handle the scanning and photocopying of documents when required
• Collaborate with the Director of Program Management to ensure smooth onboarding processes. Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in providing training to staff members
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and practices
• Ability to manage and maintain databases effectively
• Experience in onboarding new staff members
• Familiarity with scanning and photocopying documents
• Ability to create and edit video materials
• Knowledge of HealthCare.gov procedures and regulations
• Advanced computer skills
• Familiarity with R Code
• Experience or knowledge in offshore operations
• Proven program management skills
• Ability to maintain and update handbooks
• Knowledge of STEP 7 software
• Experience with credentialing processes in a corporate setting
• Familiarity with SFTP protocols
• Knowledge of TRICARE systems and regulations
• Proficiency in Network Information System (NIS)
