Sales & Customer Support Manager

Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Manage assigned sales projects and customer RFQ requests for MRO projectsManage assigned customer accounts and relationships as they relate to ECM / BTAManage and support key vendor / supplier relationships as / if requiredProject manage the bid process for customer RFQs drawing in require personnel to support and working alongside the maintenance, logistics and finance teams to prepare SoW, schedule, customer expectations, cost sheets and RFQ / Tender response documentation through to project award / negotiationsProject Manage oversight on MRO projects to include:

Coordinating induction and handover to maintenance teamCustomer liaison to include project reporting and scheduled meetingsTimeline schedule, cost and scope oversight support to the maintenance teamWork scope change discussions with project lead and customerOversight of progress billing and final invoicingManage any post project warranty or maintenance error discussions

Solicit new business with new and existing customers for ECM / BTA market offeringsSolicit post-delivery feedback both externally and internally on projects, product quality, project execution and provide to management, QM and team as requiredMonitor and analyse key customers alongside BD teamParticipate in sales, marketing and event projects and conferencesVisit assigned customers as agreed and scheduled for new and existing business meetings or regular scheduled visitations

Experience in preparation of estimates for modification programs on Rotary Wing aircraftExperience in customer interface and managementProject management skillsExperience working in an aircraft maintenance facility preferably an MRO and/or CROGreat networking skillsUnderstanding of Aviation regulatory requirements and standards for aircraft maintenanceComputer Literate in ERP Systems, Salesforce and Microsoft suiteStrong written and communication skillsPrevious experience in an organisation within a similar scope and size to BTA is preferred.Business degree in Sales and Marketing/Business Administration or relevant discipline.
