Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for applying and documenting process map steps for maintenance related projects. These projects relate to uptime, refrigeration, tires and preventative maintenance.

Major Responsibilities:

• Establishing project plans, including updates to milestone achievement, timeline adjustments and data gathering

• Establishing and creating initial project timelines

• Scheduling and documenting meetings

• Establishing goals for meetings and on-site visits via process maps

• Gathering reports and data through collaboration with analytics team

• Prioritizing projects and adjusting as necessary via partnership with management

• Documenting status updates to Smartsheet central repository of projects

• Utilizing Microsoft Office to provide summary reports and presentations for all projects

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor's Degree required, if no degree then equivalent experience required

• Black Belt certification preferred

• PMP preferred

• 3 years of experience leading projects, supervising, or coordinating team projects

• 3 years of experience managing technical solutions and projects

• Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Manager proficiency

• Knowledge of Smartsheet, One Note, Excel, and PowerPoint (Excel experience preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and be able to communicate effectively with multiple departments

• Query capabilities in Excel

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
