HR Shared Services Recruiter

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Internal Shared Services Recruiter to join our team. This role involves identifying and sourcing talent for various Departments within our organization. The ideal candidate will utilize their skills to attract, recruit, and maintain top talent, developing a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their team’s requirements and team dynamics.

  • Research, recommend, and implement new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a single point of contact for hiring teams, ensuring they are kept up-to-date with progress and outcomes.

  • Track and analyze recruiting data to understand effectiveness of different strategies.

  • Stay abreast of recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment in a corporate setting.

  • Proven experience with recruitment processes and databases.

  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.

  • Exceptional customer service focus combined with exemplary follow-through.

  • Self-starter with an impeccable attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment.

  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
