JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Penn State Berks seeks a Director of Enrollment Management , to provide leadership and vision for the College’s admissions and financial aid effort. The Director of Enrollment Management administers the overall student recruitment program at a Penn State campus of nearly 2,000 students with significant growth potential in all sectors: in-state, out-of-state, and international students. The College is situated in a region that is experiencing population growth, particularly among Hispanic/Latino students and students of color.
Responsibilities of the position include the following:
Manage, write, and create content for the Colleges’ admissions campaign in Slate CRM.
Work closely and creatively with the Colleges' Strategic Communications Office to market and promote the campus to potential students and their families
Provide input and recommendations based on reports and analyses of admissions and financial aid trends to the strategic planning and budget planning processes as a member of the College's leadership team
Advise on the establishment of policies and procedures in consultation with the University team concerning admissions and financial aid goals
Oversee unit professional and support staff including hiring, evaluating, and training
Oversee program functions related to enrollment management of the unit and broader University
Education:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and ten years of experience in enrollment management, admissions, or financial aid. Spanish fluency is preferred.

This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required along with standard background checks in line with the position's requirements. The position requires the ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$68,200.00 - $102,300.00
