We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator in Reading, PA. This position is pivotal in our operations, focusing on handling customer orders, coordinating transportation, and ensuring compliance through accurate documentation. As a Data Entry specialist, your contribution will lie in managing data entry tasks, tracking shipments, and handling freight bookings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist customer orders, providing support throughout the entire process

• Coordinate with vendors and carriers for efficient transportation of goods

• Ensure compliance by completing necessary shipping documents

• Responsible for high-volume data entry tasks related to shipment tracking and tracing

• Handle freight bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

• Provide exceptional customer support, aiming for ultimate customer satisfaction

• Handle Export and Import documents with accuracy

• Support in managing Export Shipments and providing Export Customer Service

Requirements • Proficiency in handling export-import documents

• Experience with import-export operations

• Ability to manage export shipments effectively

• Proven track record in export customer service

• Expertise in high-volume data entry tasks

• Capability to assist customers with various queries and concerns

• Familiarity with preparing and managing customer invoices

• Strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction
