We are looking for a diligent and competent Cash Application Specialist to join our team in Reading, Pennsylvania. This role will primarily involve managing and processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. As a Cash Application Specialist, you will be handling a variety of tasks including checking, verifying, and processing invoices, preparing payments, and analyzing discrepancies and unpaid invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices in a timely and accurate manner

• Prepare payments for signature and ensure proper documentation

• Sort, code, and enter accounts payable data into our accounting software systems

• Analyze and resolve discrepancies and unpaid invoices

• Prepare and submit customer invoices in accordance with company procedures

• Code, post, and receipt payments to maintain accurate financial records

• Use CRM, Crystal Reports, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Great Plains (GPAC), and other software to manage accounts receivable

• Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and billing functions

• Manage cash activity and cash applications using SAP and Excel Formulas

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and seamless financial operations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with CRM

• Experience with Crystal Reports

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Skills in Great Plains (GPAC)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH)

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Understanding of Cash Activity

• Proficiency in Cash Applications

• SAP knowledge

• Proficient in Excel Formulas
