Oracle NetSuite Partner Enablement Lead in READING, United Kingdom

Job Description

Do you want to work for a leading ERP software and thrive in a team environment? Are you a quick-thinking problem solver with a passion for sales and growth? If you have sharp independent judgement, and an agile approach to complex customer problems, we want to hear from you.

Oracle NetSuite offers automated financial processes to improve finance operations efficiency and productivity. Oracle NetSuite has a number of modules including: Finance, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, CRM, Procurement, HR Management, E-Commerce and Project Management!

What you'll do:

This role would be ideally suited to someone who has a comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Applications, complemented by a passion to teach and inspire our NetSuite Partner Community! You should be very comfortable with being able to explain the core business processes of any ERP system and be able to articulate the benefits that it brings to our customers. Experience in implementing an ERP application or working in a presales/solution consulting role with ERP will be prioritised over everything else.

In our SuiteLife Partner Program, we are keen to ensure that our EMEA Partners are provided with the best training that we can provide and the selected candidate will play a key role in delivering this training. You will be expected to work within a team that is responsible for “onboarding” our new SuiteLife Partners in EMEA through these training classes. This training is delivered to NetSuite Partners both remotely (via Zoom) and in a classroom setting, to help Partners with their Sales and Presales skills, as well as NetSuite implementation best practices. Classes are typically 4 to 5 days in duration with up to twenty Partner delegates in attendance.

The suitable candidate should be comfortable at educating our Partners on everything from differentiation and positioning in a sales context, to coaching Partners on ERP demo’ scripts and demo’ best practices (in a presales context), to explaining data migration or an implementation plan for project delivery teams. So clearly the scope is broad but it is a very enjoyable role for someone who is up for a challenge and wants to diversify their career from perhaps, ERP implementation, Project Management or Presales roles.

The position also involves enabling our Partners through Webinars or through discrete workshops at our Partners' offices and these typically focus on various technical aspects of deploying NetSuite.

As well as a strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (and ideally NetSuite knowledge), evidence of teaching or facilitation experience would be very welcome. Given the diversity of the role, we will ensure a comprehensive onboarding plan is put in place for the selected candidate. There will be a lot of support provided to "learn on the job" with significant time set aside for personal development.
