Oracle CSS Partner Engagement Director in READING, United Kingdom

Job Description

Oracle’s cloud technology is changing the way the world does business, and we’re looking for a Partner Engagement Lead to work with Customer Success Managers and SaaS implementers, to find opportunities for including Oracle CSS capabilities to enhance or improve implementation success. CSS establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's largest customers through annuity and project-based service contracts. What we are looking for

  • The Ideal candidate has deep understanding of Oracle solutions (Fusion, OCI, etc.) and how our partners help Oracle deliver great customer outcomes.

  • Extensive experience working either in Oracle sales or working for a consulting company that implements Oracle SaaS and OCI is considered a plus.

  • Ideally has previously worked at a UK Partner organisation.

  • Strong understanding of the partner landscape, able to help partners with CSS value proposition

  • The Ideal candidate will have ability to work across the different groups at Oracle (Sales, Services, etc.)

Responsibilities

What you will do

The job requires someone with incredible presentation skills, who works consultatively, provides credible advice and mentorship on the appropriate CSS capabilities, agrees on the next steps, and owners to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Understand, qualify, and prioritise activity in key SaaS and OCI accounts.

  • Work consultatively, providing credible advice and guidance on the appropriate Oracle solutions and services.

  • Maximise customer success, outcomes, and revenue opportunities for Oracle through articulation of CSS Services relevance and opportunity for value.

  • Build joint go to market plans with selected partners.

  • Support Partner competence development on CSS products, services and capabilities.

  • Work alongside our partner and alliances and channels teams.

  • Support Sales and Account Management in customer engagement.

  • Develop and maintain high quality professional relationships with customers, partners as well as Oracle XLOB sales and leadership.
