Job Summary:

The System Specialist will support and maintain the validated state of the labeling applications used within the MedTech labeling organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• User support & training

• Execute software development for process improvements

• Responsible for testing, upgrades, and the accuracy of all Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation

• Build and maintain relationships with key business partners: Information Technology, CSV, Quality, Supply Chain/ Production Users, Master Data, Label Designers

• Lead and participate in troubleshooting system issues and responsible for resolution within a timely manner

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with labeling software suppliers and hardware (i.e. printers) providers and consultants, providing user requirements, functional definition, and other SDLC documentation as needed.

• Under the direction of department leadership, execute tasks such as project management, CSV and SDLC documentation and testing, timelines and execution for transformational projects that impact the Labeling systems

• Responsible for defining process/procedures and providing ad hoc reports from the 3 labeling systems

• Responsible for maintaining procedures and providing ad hoc reports as requested

• Collaborate across JnJ MedTech Labeling to obtain necessary cross-pillar expertise to execute project objectives.

• Support CAPAs, audits and NCs as required

• Support footprint evaluations for site consolidations

• Support team as back-up for other labeling applications used within the MedTech labeling organization

• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

• Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of System experience is required; experience writing and executing CSV and or SDLC documentation is preferred.

• Experience with FPX/Project Management Excellence is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

• Must be able to lead and/or support multiple projects & teams simultaneously.

• Drive change and innovation with an ability to work in an ever-changing environment.

• The candidate must be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office applications.

• This role may require up to 30% travel (international and domestic)
