GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

Associate Systems Analyst is responsible for the configuration, support, and maintenance of the college’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Student Information System (SIS). This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the system meets business needs and operates efficiently.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A self-motivated, curious, detail-oriented, and well-organized individual able to work productively both independently and in teams.
Proficiency in SQL, C# or other programming languages.
Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements and analyzing business processes.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience with problem-solving and resolution.
Programming Experience and Database Management preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES , include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation for business process flows, reporting requirements, and data integrations.
Communicate clearly and concisely with functional and technical teams regarding changes, updates, and known issues.
Develop and execute test plans for new and updated functionality, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with functional subject matter experts and technical staff to implement solutions and configure systems, set up access, and optimize business process workflows.
