Sunroc Corporation Aggregate Supervisor - Rawlins in Rawlins, Wyoming
Overview
Under the direction of the Aggregate Superintendent, theAggregateSupervisoris responsible for supervising aggregate employeess in the performance of their duties, managing aggregate locations and aggregate processing facilities.
Things you will do:
Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values.
Monitor employee training and certification.
Evaluate the current quality of all aggregates.
Work with Aggregate Superintendents to ensure all air, water, and other environmental requirements are met and ensure a safe and healthful work environment at all times.
Oversee aggregate location properties to ensure equipment is secure.
Ensure all reclamation work is preformed according to established plans.
Work with Aggregate Superintendents to oversee that completion of repairs and maintenance of equipment is completed to company standards.
