Full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner 

 

You will be integral in supporting our technical recruitment to meet the goals and mission of the department and Luminator.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for taking a lead role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical hiring globally, partnering with hiring managers, and building a pipeline of exceptional candidates. This role is a critical member of our HR team, contributing to our goal of finding, selecting, and onboarding the best talent. Working as a Trusted Advisor, the person in this role will develop an in-depth knowledge of the talent requirements of the Hiring Manager's business and be able to consult on relevant industry/sector and market talent insights that impact delivery. They will share recruitment delivery updates and identify opportunities for simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement in delivery, using data to support and back up client discussions. They will be able to foresee and react to potential delivery challenges before adversely impacting customer satisfaction. They will contribute to and take a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of our employment brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions within the organization globally.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Candidate Evaluation:

  • Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit requirements.

  • Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to aid in the decision-making process.

  • Employer Branding and Networking:

  • Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions to promote our brand and attract top talent.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's employer brand.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to streamline and enhance the candidate experience and hiring efficiency.

  • Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.

  • Team Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the recruitment team.

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

  • Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal requirements and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring processes.

  • Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and analyze recruitment data, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to HR and management.

  • Other job duties as defined.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be an experienced, operationally oriented professional who can successfully lead as a very hands-on Business Partner to scale for additional growth for Luminator’s technical hiring.

    This professional will possess:

  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and personnel information systems.

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Skills in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

  • Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents, communicate effectively in writing or verbally to convey information effectively in both German and English. Polish language skills preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies .

  • Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition supporting technical hiring required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required.

    The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner will prioritize and broadly execute the following:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects to ensure all deadlines are met is essential.

  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with details and fluctuating work volumes.

  • Ability to read, listen and understand information and ideas presented in spoken words and sentences and in writing.

  • Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing that there is a problem.
