Key Role Responsibilities

  • The position is responsible for the planning, alignment and execution of Supply Chain activities related to approved and funded NPI projects. Projects can include new product introductions, product line extensions, network optimization, acquisitions, divestiture, product design changes and lifecycle management, temperature sensitive and cold chain supply chain projects.

  • Key Stakeholders: GSM, Regional Team, Global SNP, Deliver, RA, QA, Sourcing, GTO, MDM

  • NPI Manager need to ensure successful launch in the market across WW by ensuring NPI stage gate adherence, engaging Cross functional team, system adoption & effective communication

  • Leading New Product launches – ETHICON WCH BIO in market in line with Launch cadence across WW i.e. all regions NA, APAC, EMEA, LATAM, Canada

  • Ensuring Process Adherence along with team – NPI stage gate approach with cross functional partner engaging for current year launches & pipeline for next 2-3 years

  • Leading NPI team of 1-4 team members & ensuring development plan/career progression for them

  • Driving Performance management i.e. NPI target on track with team– Launch commitment, Service KPI-OTIF, BO MAPE, Cashflow INV, SLOB

  • Driving System maturity & adherence on ERP- S4 HANA, SAP USROTC, MARS /Planning system OMP /Others RAD, Adaptive, reporting tool

  • Leverage digital knowledge on Performance management, automating existing workflow to drive efficiency & effectiveness.

  • Support launch, phase-in / phase-out plans with key stakeholders and prepare for operational Supply Chain and PLAN launch readiness. Responsible for managing and meeting all supply chain deliverables on assigned projects.

  • Ensuring activities/milestone on track from launch plan, upstream activities i.e code creation till stock availability in market for successful launch

  • Ensuring Post launch performance & handover to base business once NPI stabilize market as per guidance.

  • Identify and drive continuous improvements in Global Supply Chain Projects processes.

  • Coach, train, support and mentor (Senior) Supply Chain PLAN Project Specialist(s) and / or Supply Chain PLAN Project (Team) Leader(s). Support interviewing and recruiting, onboarding and talent development for the department. For assigned direct reports, drive the 5 conversations, provide frequent feedback, identify developmental goals, and engage in succession planning conversations.

  • Ensure activities performed are compliant with the Ethicon Quality System.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics or Engineering.

Required Skills

  • 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning / Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Finance; preferably in a multinational company.

  • Process Excellence certification or proven working knowledge, a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Project Management experience preferred.

  • Knowledge and proficiency of ERP and APS planning tools preferred

  • Proven ability to influence/collaborate , Strategic thinking, Cultivate Change

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • NPI stage gate, LEX, Process excellence six sigma,

  • LEAN material flow, planning & scheduling knowledge.

  • Digital skills – AI/ML, Alteryx, Power BI, Advanced Excel knowledge, SQL,

  • Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills

Other :

  • Requires up to 15% traveling.

  • The anticipated base salary for this position is $99,000.00 to $149,702.00
