Insight Global is seeking a Lead OT Cyber Security Engineer to join their global OT Cybersecurity Engineering team. The goal of this team is to support several global platforms, solutions, sites, and services. This person will be responsible for one or more of these items to develop, deploy, support, integrate, and demonstratively train activities related to these systems. In order to do so, they will collaborate with the Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring, and ISRM teams. lead one or more global technologies in our OT Security Engineering team which offers global defense in depth security capabilities for IT/OT networks, controls, infrastructure, systems, and applications. Day-to-day this person will lead one or more global technologies which offer global defense and in depth security capabilities for IT/OT networks, controls, infratrusture, systems, etc. In doing so, they will drive the integration and automation between different IT/OT technologies, support OT Cybersecurity workflows, test and validate security controls, generate innovative threat behavior analytics to discover historic and emerging threats, implement detection strategies, maintain alerts, rules, signatures, configurations, patching, and upgrades, and lastly, work closely with suppliers, vendors, and partners. This will be done remotely from the J&J facility in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and there will be less than 1% of travel expected to local sites. To be successful, this person will come from a highly dynamic OT automation background, supporting MES and manufacturing platforms (Tanium, Rockwell, Siemens, Hammerson, etc.) in a SIEM environment. They will also be familiar with several OT technologies and environments, understand information security principles and root-case analysis, and utilize agile frameworks and processes. Common and practical knowledge of information security management frameworks (NIST, OWASP, SANS, CIS) and test/validation models (MITRE ATT&CK. Cyber Kill Chain) will be expected.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of OT (operational technology) or ICS (Industrial Control System) environment and technology experience as a cyber security engineer on a virtual or global team

• Expert in OT integrations and automations

• Hands-on scripting experience (e. g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)

• Demonstrable skill in the installation, configuration, and operation of security solutions and appliances in a sizable mixed - Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
