Design youth soccer coaching programs and safety features of coaching programs, assign skill development programs to players’ abilities and skill levels, instruct players regarding same, instruct coaching staff to implement programs. 1 position. This position also requires limited domestic travel of up to approximately 10% of employee's time of 1 to 2 days in length to unanticipated soccer tournaments/competition sites in other counties or states. Requires: 36 months experience in youth soccer coaching program design; or Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Sports Science or Sports Management plus 12 months experience in youth soccer coaching.
