Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Rancho Santa Fe. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations, leading accounting teams, and supporting our organization's growth.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage accounting teams, including training and mentoring staff

· Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

· Manage and coordinate annual audits and financial reporting

· Develop and implement accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency

· Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies

· Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certification in accounting, such as CPA or CMA

· Experience in a leadership or management role

· Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations

· Experience with budgeting and forecasting
