Robert Half is recruiting experienced Controller/ Consultant for a Manufacturing company with full cycle accounting experience. The consultant will lead the month-end close process, review and approve payroll journal entries, general ledger entries, reconcile all balance sheet accounts. In addition, the consultant will also need to handle all HR responsibilities for 40+ employees. This role will be onsite 5 days a week located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Technical Skills:

• Full cycle accounting experience (AR, AP, cost accounting, Payroll, GL FA)

• Advanced Excel data analysis

• Accruals, allocations, reconciliations

• Support year end audit

• Help review and document department SOP

• Manage all aspects of HR and review payroll entries

-Syteline system

-Manufacturing industry experience ( required)

Soft Skills:

• Ability to understand business processes quickly

• Communicates effectively with various levels within the organization

  Requirements

• Proficiency in executing Month End Close procedures

• Demonstrated experience in conducting Balance Sheet Reviews

• Knowledge and understanding of Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Ability to handle Adjusting Journal Entries

• Experience in managing Full Cycle Payroll in a manufacturing environment
