Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, California. In this key role, you will manage incoming payments, ensure customer accounts are accurate and up to date, and serve as a vital point of contact for payment-related inquiries. Responsibilities: Generating and sending out invoices to customers accurately and punctually. Monitoring customer accounts for overdue payments and following up on outstanding balances. Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes to ensure smooth payment processing. Processing incoming payments via checks, credit card transactions, and electronic transfers. Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure completeness and accuracy. Preparing aging reports and conducting financial analysis related to accounts receivable. Communicating effectively with customers to address payment inquiries and resolve issues. Requirements Requirements: To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, is required. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with customers and team members effectively. Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in financial records. Problem-solving abilities to address billing or payment discrepancies efficiently. Why Join Us?
