So bring your work experience, problem-solving skills and talent, of course, but also bring your joy, your passion and all the things that make you, you.

Maybe you've observed a real world problem and created a smart system that addressed that issue in a way that's repeatable.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

We’ve taken special care to separate the must-have qualifications from the nice-to-haves. “Nice-to-have” means just that: Nice. To. Have. So, don’t worry if you can’t check off every box. We’re not hiring a list of bullet points–we’re interested in the whole you.

  • We are especially interested in applications from folks from a community that has been systemically excluding from the tech sector (any major) or folks pursuing Library Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences or Arts.

  • Highly organized. You stay on top of what needs to get done.

  • Curious. You always want to know 'why?' and you are interested in what makes other people tick

  • Collaborative. You know you don't have all the answers and want to get things done together with others.

  • It helps if you have some understanding of what UX Research is and if you believe in the power of knowledge and science to help people make better decisions.
