Accenture UAT Analyst in Raleigh, North Carolina

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes

  • Accountable for creation and execution of business requirements, test plans, scripts cross-functional assessments

  • Elevate defects and issues to Management and test leads for concurrence

  • Must be able assist in analysis of issues and work with the Project Technology group in deciphering impact of the issues. Must be able to analyze defect and compare with requirements to identify gaps

  • Must be able to quickly analyze whether migration was success and identify production-related issues

  • Provide operational support in the form of researching, developing and communicating solutions by effectively gathering, compiling and reviewing information and data, evaluating existing systems and procedures, identifying alternate courses of actions, developing tools and/or improvements

  • Participate in project activities including prioritizing, developing schedules, preparing plans, process and procedure documentation and effectively resolving issues as they arise

  • Communicate regularly with other UAT PMs, QA Leads, Project Managers, Development Managers and QA Core members

  • Communicate status to management and stakeholders as necessary through summary reports

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with knowledge about application support and testing processes

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge on Rally, Advisor Desktop, Salesforce

  • Knowledge of Wealth, Banking, Finance

  • Capital Markets, and Wealth Management Industry experience preferable

  • Experience in new account opening is a plus

  • Passion to learn and quickly upskill on Technologies

  • Self-learning capabilities

  • Good team player

  • Adaptable and flexible

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Good communication, analytical and presentation skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
