Job Summary:

SWIR Vision Systems , an onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) company, is looking for a self-driven and motivated professional to join their Test Engineering team. As a Test Engineer, you will drive testing of Colloidal Quantum Dot Short Wave Infrared image sensor products at our satellite manufacturing facility located in Research Triangle Park, Durham, North Carolina . You will engage with other engineers & technicians to optimize, maintain and troubleshoot test routines for automated test equipment as part of the product optimization process to ensure the quality of our products that are being used in cutting edge applications (i.e., automotive, industrial, medical, defense, and consumer). This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about operations-oriented programming and eager to start their career in the semiconductor industry.

Performance Objectives:

This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to:

• Gain expertise in CMOS image product features, function, and testing.

• Perform product debug and characterization to support other product team members.

• Manage and perform test correlations for new and existing products.

• Support the operations group and product managers as first technical contact for product test issues.
