Honeywell Sr IT Analyst - SAP Security in Raleigh, North Carolina

As a Sr IT Analyst - SAP Security Expert here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our SAP systems and protecting sensitive data. Your expertise in SAP security will be crucial in identifying and mitigating security risks, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to enhance our security posture.

You will work out of our Honeywell locations in Phoenix, AZ, Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will play a critical role in fortifying our SAP systems and safeguarding our critical assets. Your work will contribute to the secure and efficient operation of our SAP environment, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work on ERP deployments architecting SAP security design – Need strong understanding on SAP ECC, S4 HANA, BW security authorization concepts. Experience on different SAP products like, SAP GRC - AC/PC, BI/BO, HANA, Fiori, SRM, CRM, ARIBA, SAP BTP platform & exposure to SOX audit will be a plus

  • Effectively design ERP security during different deployment phases. Work individually or guide vendor team to coordinate work with cross-Functional Security experts to translate business requirements into technical requirements to design SAP security roles ensuring compliance, SOD & audit requirements are captured.

  • Manage multiple deployment(s) and support for various sites during each toll gate, pre-go-live, cutover and post go-live periods. Ensure smooth transition of deployment site to support team.

  • Managing escalations including complex/cross functional issues, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues to prevent reoccurrence, performing Change reviews and providing run manager approvals.

  • Work on production support for SAP ERP landscape as needed, support end users from diff. Honeywell Strategic Business Groups/Units for SAP access request management. Troubleshoot access related issue.

  • Strong experience on managing and defining security processes.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in IT security, with a proven track record of advanced security analysis.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP Modules, Business Processes, SDLC process and Run support
