What We Are Looking For:
As a leader on our Identity Development team, you’ll get to build and expand on our company’s identity infrastructure. The team enables Bandwidth to charge our customers for all of the global communication services we oer at a large and growing scale. We’re looking for people who get excited about building highly performant and maintainable services and infrastructure.

What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop engineers to help grow their skills
Drive our roadmap by collaborating with the Product team to prioritize, define, and deliver solutions that address the needs of our customers
Empower the team to create simple and straightforward software, and help to scope work that we can incrementally deliver
Make the team a great place for engineers to work - Building and operating our services should be fun and sustainable
Recruit and retain great people
What You Need:
2+ years of engineering management and 8+ years of engineering experience
Demonstrated experience in leading teams to develop outstanding products
Have managed teams operating globally distributed services
Ability to excel with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
Thrive in a collaborative environment involving dierent stakeholders and partners
Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail while guiding your team
Bonus Points:
You have startup experience, or generally work in an environment with independent work and less defined requirements
Comfortable writing code in modern languages (Go, Java, Python, etc.)
Experience with AWS or other cloud providers
Experience with Okta or other identity and access management providers
