Lucid Software Product Manager, Internal Systems in Raleigh, North Carolina

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us take our internal Lucid systems to the next level. In this role, you would be responsible for the administration of the systems associated with Lucid’s internal tools and billing infrastructure. You will be responsible for learning the systems and understanding how they all work together. You’ll work with our IT, Engineering, Sales and Finance teams to support the infrastructure that is critical to transact with Lucid. You’ll do periodic reviews of the systems to ensure we’re using best practices as well as identify opportunities to better utilize the systems.
Responsibilities:
Working with internal business partners and external vendors to deliver solutions that bring value to our billing and payments ecosystem
Plan and prioritize work across multiple projects, and communicate priority to relevant stakeholders
Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development
Partner with engineering and business systems teams to help guide billing and payments solutions
Partner with internal business partners in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs
Generalize solutions to work across many platforms and geographies while still meeting the needs of customers
Collaborate with project leaders to build trusted relationships by understanding their perspectives and issues
Work closely with and lead cross functional teams to manage multiple priorities and projects
Communicate with leadership regarding status, risks, and recommendations for current projects
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to focus on details and technicalities while simultaneously retaining a comprehensive vision of the big picture
Track record of improving core business metrics, especially in SaaS
Track record of managing core business systems at scale
1+ years of hands-on experience with integrations for internal and business systems. For example, ERP, CRM, custom applications, Marketo, and billing & payment systems (Netsuite, Salesforce, etc.).
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Experience in: Email Marketing, Data Migrations, CRM, AWS, etc.
Act as the technical subject matter expert for all things related to internal and business systems
General knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements for PII and other sensitive financial/non-financial data
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large data migration, subscriptions management, and email marketing
Experience implementing the PLG and Enterprise sales motions, which includes both self-serve and sales assisted SaaS subscriptions
Experience with IT Sox
Experience with Recurly, Netsuite, Salesforce, Marketo, and Avalara
