Southern Outdoor Restoration LLC Pressure Washing Technician - Night Shift in Raleigh, North Carolina
Paid training is 2 weeks on the day schedule (Mon-Fri, 7:30AM, 3219 Northside Dr.). After training, night shift workers begin their regular schedule (Sun-Thurs, 8PM, 1240 Kirkland Rd). All applicants must complete the full 2 weeks of day shift training to be hired.

Compensation:
Overtime pay.
The ability to grow into a salary role with bonus options averaging $50K - $58K/ annually. Holiday and PTO on top of that.

A valid NC Driver's License/ reliable legal transportation to our South Raleigh warehouse by 8 PM Sun-Thurs
Related construction experience is a plus. Please notify us if you have experience in minor deck repairs, board replacements, and/or deck staining

Essential duties:
Showing up is crucial for our team - we rely on one another. Therefore, we require all team members MUST HAVE ADEQUATE TRANSPORTATION TO THE SOR WAREHOUSE.
Driver's license highly preferred for this posting (some of the leadership roles require driving, so drivers have more paths available)
Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 2 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record).
Must be able to lift and pull 75 lb. loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.). Must be able to lift pressure washing wands and hold above head for at least 6 hours per shift.
Must be able to meet size/ weight minimums and maximums for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. (With some exceptions, those weighing between 150 lbs. and 270 lbs. will generally be able to properly use our equipment. Feel free to ask for more details if you are closer to the lower or higher ends and we will do our best to work with you.)
Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information.
Must be able to walk, stand, squat, climb, and execute safety protocols.

$14/ hour for those with little to no experience - we will train you! Up to $16/ hour with experience and soft skills that will serve you well here at SOR. There's room to grow - and quickly. New technicians moving to Lead Technician via training and promotion become salaried employees with guaranteed base plus bonus pay.
($17-$19/hour+ for those with advanced experience the company needs. After hourly roles, technicians apply for our Lead roles, which are paid via salary, averaging in the mid-$50s range in year one. 90% of our Lead Technicians are internal hires!)
