For more information, visit SolomonEdwards Position Summary: We are currently assisting a reputable software/SaaS company that has an immediate contract need for an Order Management SME (Subject Matter Expert) Consultant, who can work 100% remote on an EST work schedule, and utilize his/her expertise to interface closely with the Senior Director of Order Management (OM). Essential Duties: • Assist with day-to-day oversight of Order Management operations (including processes) in the EMEA region. • Optimize Order Management processes and drive operational efficiency. o Review and refine billing templates for complex orders including umbrella deals. o Assist with EOM and EOQ checklist template for operational and control efficiency. o Assess risks with current processes and help implement mitigating controls. • Review and enhance key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of current Order Management processes. • Review and enhance OM’s Dispute Management process for timely and efficient resolution. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. • 10+ years of experience in Order Management or a related role. • 5+ years of experience in effectively leading a team of 3 or more. • Must possess prior experience leading business process improvement projects and transformation initiatives. • Prior experience performing gap analysis and identifying root causes. • Must be energetic, a self-starter and able to successfully absorb large amounts of information in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: • Prior experience working in the software/SaaS industry (Highly Preferred). • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Eagerness to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion. Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
