The Manager, Consulting Services role will ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Responsible for operational metrics and business results for assigned area of responsibility. Typically manages individual contributors. Monitors consultant activities and performance on projects (e.g. read status reports, respond to staffing and availability issues, pro-actively seek out project performance reviews, etc.). May serve as project advisor for moderately complex engagements.
The Manager, Consulting Services is responsible for overseeing Acute Case Management, Health Information Management, and Clinical Reporting consultants and supporting the strategy and direction of Oracle Health’s service lines. This role focuses on exceptional project delivery, operational oversight, and the growth of both employees and services. Key responsibilities include monitoring and guiding consulting activities, providing direction, and coaching team members to ensure efficient and effective client delivery while also fostering employee development and product refinement. The role also involves monitoring team progress, providing oversight and training, offering guidance, and occasionally performing customer work as needed.
The Manager will lead training and onboarding efforts, ensure billable utilization, manage timesheet submissions, and oversee all tasks related to the employee experience. Additionally, this role works closely with the management team to support organizational goals and may collaborate with Practice Leadership to enable sales opportunities, develop solutions and methodologies, and provide strong leadership tailored to the needs of the team.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Revenue Cycle Middle Consulting team (Acute Case Management, Health Information Management, Clinical Reporting) to ensure high-quality project delivery, employee growth, and operational effectiveness.
Monitor and support consultants in their client work, providing guidance, oversight, and coaching to resolve client and professional issues.
Mentor consultants and colleagues as necessary, fostering employee success and growth.
Analyze and document customer and employee success, offering process improvements where needed; assist in defining new processes as required.
Assist the leadership team by interviewing prospective employees and supporting hiring efforts.
Ensure alignment with Oracle Health policies and guidelines.
Contribute to solution development by creating materials, providing feedback, and sharing lessons learned and best practices with both leadership and the team.
Perform various job duties as assigned by management, which may include Oracle Health technology management and analytics related to consulting for the team.
Work on ad hoc projects or other corporate initiatives as needed or directed.
Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the management team on organizational goals and imperatives.
Support sales enablement efforts and employee development initiatives.
Occasionally perform customer-facing work based on project or employee needs.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
