Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time position, with benefits effective immediately upon hire.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for mechanical operations which includes boilers, chillers, towers, tanks, motors, exhaust fans, air handlers, compressors, transformers, generator, humidifiers, and water treatment systems, as well as fire suppression, and medical gas equipment and components.
Responsible for maintaining all fire suppression equipment including sprinklers, smoke detectors, duct detectors, mag locks, fire panels, and related components.
Responsible for managing and maintaining all medical gas systems.
Performs all preventative maintenance functions of equipment and systems on a prescribed basis.
Performs all minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
Assists in construction-based projects within the facility.
Maintains proper record keeping standards in accordance with regulatory bodies.
Performs maintenance and care of the hospital grounds, including landscaping requirements.
Orders product supplies upon management approval.
Orchestrates contractor work based upon project needs throughout the facility
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One year of maintenance experience is required. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
USD $16.00/Hr. USD $24.48/Hr.
