The Sales FP&A Analyst position will help support & scale our Global sales organization from a budgeting and planning perspective.

About the Team

The FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team drives strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support revenue growth and profitability. They analyze financial data, monitor key performance indicators, and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making. Additionally, they partner closely with sales and operations teams to align financial goals with business objectives and optimise resource allocation.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report business performance and establish financial and usage data reporting.

• You will also drive planning cycles and present data to senior executives.

• Building and overseeing sales performance metrics, identifying risk areas, and making recommendations.

• You will also be involved in developing accurate sales targets, forecasts, capacity plans, and coverage models for planning processes.

• Drive projects to improve planning processes and automation, as well as streamline deliverables.

What we’re looking for

• Zoom seeks a candidate with extensive sales planning, analytics, finance, or operations expertise.

• The ideal candidate should know sales processes, including quotas, capacity planning, commissions, and territories.

• Established experience in budgeting, financial reporting, analysis, and return on investment analysis.

• Knowledge of core accounting concepts and excellent proficiency in SQL, G Suite, and MS Office Suite are essential.

• Bonus points for knowledge of Anaplan, SQL, and Salesforce tools.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$65,200.00

Maximum:

$158,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
