ManpowerGroup Executive Assistant in Raleigh, North Carolina

Our client, a business association is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the administrative team supporting the Government Affairs team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management and be a perceptive listener which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay Range: $25-$30/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Assist a Vice President with every day activities including database entry and management

  • Scheduling business trips including hotels, flights, and car rental

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings

  • Planning and logistics for group receptions and company hosted events

  • Calendar and expense report management

What’s Needed?

  • Previous experience as an assistant to a VP level or higher

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

  • High level organization and meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to balance warmth with professionalism while conveying a positive image of the organization

  • Experience scheduling travel both domestic and internationally
