Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Raleigh, North Carolina, within the non-profit industry. This role involves aiding in the arrangement and organization of events, acting as a liaison with event coordinators, and working in tandem with the marketing team to produce promotional materials. The role will require flexibility in scheduling, including some weekend work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and organizing events

• Act as a point of contact with event coordinators at partnering businesses

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials

• Utilize CRM and database systems for event planning and management

• Use Google Analytics to track and analyze the impact of marketing campaigns

• Contribute to the creation of brand awareness strategies and materials

• Assist in planning and implementing fundraising campaigns

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with partners and the public

• Manage the creation and distribution of brochures and other promotional materials. Requirements • Proficient in CRM and Database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience with Google Analytics

• Proven ability to increase Brand Awareness

• Experience in designing and creating Brochures

• Knowledge of Campaign Planning strategies

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Experience in organizing Fundraising campaigns

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to multitask and prioritize work

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of social media platforms and their use in marketing.
